This is something that I learned from watching TV. Well, it is about living longer and happier. Who wouldn't like that huh? So, here it is, I heard that if you want to live longer and happier, you have to do the right thing starting from your diet to your lifestyle. It means, you have to learn how to eat right, and get rid of those people that will only make you grumpy in your life. It could be some of your friends, your co-workers, people you know in general. If you can't get rid of them, you can at least avoid them, stay away from them and those who has bad eating habits are a definite no-no. Yes, you should not hang around with people or someone that like they say "eats like a pig". If you don't watch what you eat, and go all out with eating fatty foods, then you won't be here long. What I mean is you could easily develop an illness like a stroke, heart attack, and all those deadly diseases that could harbor your good health. So, always take extra precaution when it comes to eating for not all that glitters is gold according to the saying, not all food is healthy for us. To live longer and happier, it takes some work like exercising regularly and eating right as well as surround yourself with happy and cheerful people not those grumpy and jealous that will only ruin your day and bummed you out.

I totally agree. Avoid getting stressed by associating with the right kind of people. Worries make your life shorter because too much worries and stress make you sick and look older! It can even cause cancer.
